We are so excited to be able to serve you all! We are continuing to raise our standards to an even higher level during this time! We are asking that you follow the following guidelines upon arrival to Planet Beach Centerville:
1. Staff is required to wear a face mask. Members are recommended, except when in your service room. We have masks for sale if you do not have one.
2. If you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19, you are not permitted to enter the facility and should follow CDC Guidelines for quarantine and testing.
3. We are limiting all services including saunas to one person per unit per session and requiring appointments for all services.
4. We are restricting you to two services max per day.
5. We are booking out extra time for each service to allow staff to clean your room. Please Be Patient so we can provide a clean and safe environment.
6. You must have a scheduled appointment before entering and should not enter the spa until appointment time. No loitering in lobbies or hallways.
7. Schedule appointments online or Call 801-298-0772 prior to coming into the spa.
8. Bring your own water bottle. We will no longer provide cups. We will still have the water dispenser for you to use.
9. We are only allowing one person in the Hotworx Sauna at a time. Unless you live in the same household.
